If you have to make a claim on your GE Money car insurance policy, it has been made simple for you with a straightforward, stress-free claims process so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.

 

To make a claim, simply call the car insurance claims hotline on 1300 885 996 and one of the helpful claims staff will assist you with lodging your claim. They will also walk you through the claims process so you have a clear understanding of exactly what will happen after you lodge your claim and the timeframes involved.

 

To ensure your claim is managed as efficiently as possible, please try and have the following information ready when you call.

  • Your GE Money car insurance policy number
  • Details of the accident
  • Details of all other cars involved
  • Details for any other drivers involved and the name of their insurer
  • The police report number

Note: Please lodge your claim first and arrange an appointment before visiting one of the, or your nearest, assessment centres.
