Activating your card
For security purposes, all new cards are inactive until you activate them. When you receive your card you’ll need to activate it. Select your card below and activate using our Online Service Centre.

You need to have your card number, date of birth and your current credit limit in order to activate your card.

You don’t need to be registered to activate your card using the Online Service Centre. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Solutions team. Don’t forget to sign your card immediately.

Your first statement
Your first statement will be sent to you after you've used your card the first time (it will include your minimum monthly repayment amount, initial purchases and balance transfers).

Your repayments
Every month you must repay the minimum amount shown on your statement by the date shown. You can see this on the top of the statement we send you, or online using the Online Service Centre. If you don’t make this payment by the due date you may incur a late fee.

If your balance is zero or your account is in credit, you wont be required to make a repayment.
